Hagerty enters this year as the reigning district champs, fresh off a dominant run last season. The Huskies stacked up seven champs and three finalists, running away with the title by a massive 51 point margin over runner up Timber Creek. With momentum on their side, they return a deep squad ready to defend the title.
The Insight:
Hagerty comes in as the clear favorite to go back to back, with eight wrestlers currently ranked inside the top 10. The lineup is tough from top to bottom, and on paper, they look like the team to beat. While programs like Oviedo and others bring talent and firepower of their own, it’ll take something special to knock Hagerty off. This district is shaping up for another exciting showdown, will anyone rise up to challenge the Huskies dominance, or is it another title run in the making?

🏆 My Pick : Hagerty is stacked this year and it’s hard to overlook just how much talent they’re bringing back. With depth across the lineup and big names ready to make a statement, they’re my pick to go back to back and keep the district crown right where it is.

Oviedo is one squad you should keep an eye on. They’ve got a few pieces that can surprise people, and I’m especially interested to see not just how they finish at districts, but how far they can push into the postseason.
